Not satisfied with packing

Even after mentioning it many times in notes section as well as informing many times well in advance on WhatsApp, you didn't care to do the gift wrapping & didn't even mention the wordings as requested. And you charged 1 KD for documentation & 2 KD for delivery which was jst a few minutes away....Pls ensure you have better professional staff to deal all these matters. Thank you.
